Ashvale: The Last Age
"You are a god. Create your world. Then survive in it."
Ashvale: The Last Age is an isometric survival RPG where you first create the world, then live in it. In the Genesis Phase, combine primordial elements to discover 168 elements across 8 tiers. Your discoveries shape the terrain, biomes, and resources of the world. Then in the Survival Phase, drop into that world to gather, craft, build a settlement through 5 ages of civilization, fight enemies, complete quests, and master magic.
What makes Ashvale unique: the world you create is the world you survive in. No two playthroughs are the same because no two creation stories are the same.
Zero Audio Files. Every sound in Ashvale — from sword swings to ambient music — is generated procedurally at runtime using waveform synthesis. There are literally zero .mp3 or .ogg files in the project. This is unusual for any game and makes for an interesting technical story.
AI-Powered Bug Fixing. Ashvale uses an automated bug-fix system where Claude AI agents monitor reported issues and autonomously write fixes, test them, and deploy patches — sometimes while the developer sleeps.
God-Sim Meets Survival. Unlike games where world generation is hidden or pre-set, Ashvale puts creation in the player's hands. The god phase isn't a gimmick — it fundamentally changes gameplay in the survival phase.
